7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

The product must not have any physical damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.

Products returned without original packaging or accessories.

Customized or special-order products.

Products showing signs of wear or usage.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos or videos showing the issue

Unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
After your returned product is inspected and approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after bank details are shared.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect product, Wavy Watches will arrange the return pickup whenever possible.
For customer-initiated returns, return shipping charges may apply.
